MEB Boca: How to Follow Up Successfully with New Connections
November 14 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm UTC-5Free
So, you went out and met some new people.
Now, you just have to wait til the phone starts ringing because those new connections are about to make it rain opportunity for you, right?
If only it were that simple. … or maybe you had the opposite experience.
You went to a networking event, listened to a bunch of people pitch you while you politely nodded along while you were thinking about the tacos you really want to eat and you left the event feeling like you needed a shower because of how sleazy and shallow the conversations were.
Whichever your experience, hacking small talk and having genuine conversations that leave you feeling vibrant and connected, rather than shallow and slimy, is a skill.
During the How to Successfully Follow Up with Your New Connections workshop, you’ll learn:
- How to remember who you met and what you talked about to make following-up a million times easier
- How to systematically follow-up to stay top of mind – How to ask for the one on one to really build depth to your new relationship
- The recipe for a successful one on one
- How to organize your network so you can continue meeting new people without burning out.
This is the second workshop of the four-part Building Professional Connections Workshop Series which was designed to help young professionals create and maintain meaningful relationships to help their career and business growth.
You can see the rest of the workshops right here https://millennialeb.com/boca/. Members and first timers attend for free. Become a member at https://millennialeb.com/boca/. **We will start exactly at 7pm, don’t be late! 🙂
